Shipping

• We make every effort to dispatch your goods within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds - 99.9% of orders are sent out the same working day.
• Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday are generally dispatched that day. Orders are despatched Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
• If your order contains multiple items we may dispatch them from multiple locations.
• Our standard delivery process uses Royal Mail, however larger items will be sent via courier.
• Free UK shipping applies to UK Mainland only, Highlands and Islands may incure a surcharge.

Returns

• After receiving your order you have 10 days to return any damaged, unwanted or faulty products.
• Before you return any goods you must contact us, as goods returned without prior notification may not be refunded.
• All unwanted goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense and in its original condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Returned items should be adequately packaged and returned at the purchaser’s risk.
• TheNaturalYou.co.uk will not accept responsibility for returned products until we have signed for the goods and ensured in their original condition. We therefore recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery and fully insured.
• Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund by the same method as the original payment, within 30 days of the return.
