Antibacterial activity of allicin.
The antibacterial properties of crushed garlic have been known for many years. Raw garlic extracts have been shown to exhibit a wide spectrum of antibacterial activity against gram negative and gram positive bacteria. Allicin itself, particularly in a stabilised form does have published evidence showing significant antibacterial activity.

Alliderm does not contain alchohol.
